Who is responsible?
Dreilex, Ghent (Belgium), is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Contact: contact@dreilex.com.
What data do we collect?
Through the request form: your name, town or city, phone (or WhatsApp) number and, if you choose, a message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the details you share with us.
What do we use it for?
Only to contact you and arrange a free demonstration. Legal basis: your request to take steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent via the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We don't use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we never sell it.
Who receives your data?
The form is sent via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an external service that forwards its contents to us by email. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta). Nobody else has access to your data.
How long do we keep it?
We keep requests for as long as needed to arrange the demonstration, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. In that case we keep the data required by law (e.g. for accounting) for the legally required period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email contact@dreilex.com; we'll reply within one month.
Making a complaint
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35 / Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels – www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
